When we first engaged Adkisson Consultants, Shannon flew out to get a first hand sense of the institution and geographic area. A plan for recruiting was developed and presented to us. After some minor changes, this became our template for recruitment. Shannon has kept us in the loop at all times. Shannon, in coordination with the other members of the firm, was able to identify appropriate candidates and initially convince most to consider our opportunities. She was also able to determine the key factors in a candidate's decision-making process. This feedback was instrumental to us as we changed some of our internal processes to meet the identified 'gaps'.

The positions were very hard to fill and within a year, we were fortunate to have hired physicians who have joined us and will be here for quite some time. This was due to a collaborative effort between our department and Adkisson Consultants. Shannon's listening skills are excellent and her communication is prompt and thorough and she willingly accepts feedback. Shannon provides feedback to us on a weekly basis and often calls during the week to provide me with an update. I will miss my weekly contact with Shannon now that our searches are filled.
